Ralph began his journey in construction in 1973, shortly after graduating from Baltic High School. After marrying his high school sweetheart, Debbie, the couple moved to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, where Ralph worked in asphalt and carpentry while attending Allstate Construction College. He later became a licensed General Contractor in Florida.
In 1990, Ralph returned to his roots, settling in Spearfish, South Dakota, to continue his construction career. His son, Jarod, joined him 20 years ago, contributing a meticulous eye for detail and mastering every phase of the business. Together, they have built a reputation as one of the top homebuilders in Western South Dakota.
